This FAQ explains how image packs and licensing work, so you know exactly what you’re getting and how you can use your photos.

  • Personal use allows you to:

    • Share images on social media

    • Display them on your personal website

    • Make personal prints

    Personal use does not include advertising or event promotion.

  • Promotional (commercial) use includes any use that helps promote an event, performance, venue, or paid appearance, such as:

    • Posters

    • Flyers

    • Event promotions

    • Paid or boosted social media posts

    • Venue or promoter marketing

    These uses require a promotional license upgrade.

  • Not everyone needs promotional rights. Including them by default would raise prices for everyone. This way, personal-use packs stay affordable, and promotional use is available only when needed.

  • If you plan to use an image for promotion, you can purchase a Promotional Use License Upgrade. This is a simple add-on that grants permission for posters, flyers, and event promotion.

  • Yes. You can always upgrade to a promotional license after purchasing a pack. Just reach out or use the license upgrade option on the site.

  • No. The photographer retains copyright. Purchasing a pack grants you a license to use the images as outlined above.

  • Venue or promoter use requires a promotional license. Please contact me to arrange proper usage.
